- The teacher, after all the presentations, will make enhancement of the topic
and will also state some clarifications if necessary.
G. Application
Group activity. Each group will make a concept map showing a healthy and well-
balance lifestyle.
IV. EVALUATION
Individual assessment
If Manny Pacquiao needs a dietitian, and you will be the one to apply on that
position, what are your sample recipes?
Explain the components of each foods to make Pacquiao healthy and fit to fight
on the next game.
V. ASSIGNMENT
List some of the diseases acquired by an obese individual. State also some of the
ways on how he/she will attain a healthy and well balance lifestyle.
