 Detailed specification, BOQ, EPC, contract documentation, site supervision, contract

 Rate analysis of B.O.Q Items and Change of Scope Items.
  Preparation of Methodologies (or) Method Statement’s for the Project as per Morth
classification.
 Preparing quantities of steel by Bar Bending Schedule, Earth work & Crust Layers by cross
sections in Road Estimator.
 Detailed Study of B.O.Q, Technical Specifications and incorporating the various factors
coming out of Contracts.
 Planning of Schedules for the Project in MSP.
 Sub contractor bill preparation and checking M.B of Sub-Contractors.
 Sub-contractor correspondence & sub-contractor reconciliation. Preparation of work
orders for Sub-Contractors.
 Regular Contractual Correspondence with Clients.
 Maintaining a proper record of Salient features of the Contract, Important Submittals,
Observation on important Clauses, Entitlement E.O.T/Cost Clauses.
 Other correspondence with client.
