This DEED OF PARTNERSHIP is Made on this 1 st day of

January, 2018 at the city of lahore by and between:-

IT IS HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREED:-

1. NAME
The name of the partnership firm shall be “AHMED&ASHFAQ FIRM”

2. Registered Office
That initially firm shall start its business at House No.3,Street No.21 Misri
Shah, Lahore and can be changed from time to time at any other place with
due intimation to the registrar of firms.

3. Nature of Business
The purpose of the firm shall be start the business of Accounting Analysis,
Book-keeping Service, Tax Service, Business Analysis,Company Services so
on and so forth.

4. THE CAPITAL
That the firm shall generate its capital from the finance contributed by both
the partners to the firm in the like amount as 70% capital by FIRST PARTY
 and 30% capital by SECOND PARTY if at any time hereafter any further
capital is required for firm, the parties in the same portion will contribute for
Firm and the same shall unless, otherwise, agreed be contributed by the parties
in the same portion.

5. PROFIT AND LOSS

That the profit and loss of the firm shall be divided between and borne by the
parties in the proportion to the capital to the time being credited to them in the
partnership books. The parties shall calculate profits of the firm after term of
every financial year.

6. BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS
That all the necessary books of account shall be kept in the place of the
registered office and all the necessary books of account shall be maintained in
accordance with the mutual agreed forms and formats and shall not be remove
from the office without the consent of even one of the parties.

7. BANK ACCOUNTS
That all accounts of the firm shall be operated by the bank account which shall
be opened by the firm in scheduled bank of Pakistan and shall be operated by
the SECOND PARTY.

8. ACTS FORBIDDEN
That neither of the parties without the consent of the other party either directly
indulged or be consented or interest in any contract of any nature with any
Government Organization, a private organization or a public or private limited
company or any other individual.

9. RETIREMENT OF ANY PARTNER

That if any party wants to retire from the firm he must file his written
resignation in the office of the firm intimation to the other party and he shall
be excluded from on the date of filing of the resignation and his clearance of
share shall be made within 90 days of filing of the resignation.

10. DISMISS OF ANY PARTNER

That in case of demise of any party to the deed with the consent of the legal
heirs of that party, the legal heirs of the deceased shall be opted as the partner
to the extent of share of the deceased partner, otherwise the firm shall be
dissolved with the consent of the legal heirs of the deceased.

11. ADDITION OF ANY PARTNER

That the addition of the partner shall be made by the consent of the both the
parties as and when required by the firm.

12. DISSOLUTION OF FIRM

That the firm shall be dissolved at the will of the parties.

13. DISPUTES
That the disputes regarding internal and external matters of the firm shall be
dissolved by appointing an arbitrator, which shall be acceptable to the parties
to the dispute.
That this deed of partnership is made at Lahore on 1st tday of January, 2018
with a free consent of the parties without any coercion, undue influence of
fraud, with the free will of the parties in presence of the witnesses to the deed.
