 Copy of Xth and XIIth std. Mark statements.
 Copy of Mark Sheets of all semesters / years / Consolidated Mark Sheet.
 Copy of Qualifying Degree / Provisional Certificate (If already received).
 Original Transfer/ Migration / Leaving Certificate obtained from the Institute last studied (if already received)
(Note: Proof of pass should be provided on or before 15th August, 2019. Failed which admission will be
cancelled with the forfeit of fee paid).
 Copy of Conduct / Character Certificate (if available).
 Four copies of recent passport size colour photograph
 Copy of Valid Score Card (CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT/CMAT and GMAT) if not submitted earlier.
