if there's available photo on your profile you will see
at the bottom left of your reply bar the ADD PHOTO button
and on the bottom right side you will see the send button
*STRICTLY 150 CHARACTERS PER REPLY*

#3 CHARACTER COUNTER: that is the small box on the upper right


side of your reply bar, you can see there how many characters
you already made on your reply

#4 CUSTOMER'S LAST REPLY: GREEN ARROW means that's the reply


of our customer
PURPLE ARROW means that's the reply of the PROFILE/PLAYER

#5 CUSTOMER'S PROFILE: where you can see the information


of the customer that he filled when registering an account to
the dating site

#1 PROFILE/PLAYER'S LOGBOOK: you need to put notes


on your logbook when you tell your customer some important
information that you you made up about your profile like
NAME/AGE/LOCATION/HOBBIES/INTEREST/FAVORITES/JOB ETC....

EXAMPLE:
-PROFILE NAME: Michelle
-CUSTOMER NAME: ROBERT

chat scenario:
Robert: Hi, I am really interested in you.
Michelle: Hi there, thank you for showing interest in me,
my name is Michelle and I am 30 years old.
*LOGBOOK* MICHELLE to ROBERT: Name Michelle, 30 years old

*DO NOT TELL OUR CUSTOMER'S AN EXACT ADDRESS / EMAIL ADDRESS /


PHONE# or any private information that can lead to a false
hope

#2 CUSTOMER'S LOGBOOK: where you can save notes if


the customer tells you some important things that
you think that can help the next agent that will get your
conversation.

*there's no format on CUSTOMER's LOGBOOK but if they tell you


their EMAIL ADDRESS / PHONE# or any other private information
even if it is encrypted you need to save that on the LOGBOOK
in this FORMAT
*CUSTOMER PROVIDE HIS EMAIL or PHONE#* you can put which one
he just gave

MAJOR VIOLATIONS - TERMINATION WITHOUT PAY

these are the major rule:


-DO NOT INITIATE MEETUPS
-DO NOT ASK FOR OUR CUSTOMERS PHONE# / EMAIL ADDRESS /
EXACT ADDRESS / CREDIT CARD# OR ANY INFORMATION THAT MAY LEAD
TO SCAMMING OUR CUSTOMERS
-DO NOT ASK FOR MATERIALISTIC THINGS
-DO NOT ENGAGE INTO A TOPIC WITH DRUGS / RAPE / SUICIDE /
INCEST OR ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES (divert the topic / if regarding
suicide let him vent out then try to make him calm)
-DO NOT COPY PASTE (making the same sentence and words every
message considered as copy pasting)
-DO NOT USE EXCESSIVE FILLERS (AAAHHH, OOOHHH, HAHAHA,
!!!!!!!!, .........., ???????)
-ONLY ONE ENDEARMENT OR PETNAME PER MESSAGE (do not use DEAR)
*ALWAYS MAKE YOUR EVERY MESSAGE UNIQUE*
-NEVER TELL DATES/TIME/EXACT PLACE

MINOR VIOLATIONS - 1st offense: deactivation + coaching


2nd offense: termination (depends on the weight
of the violation if the client will pay your production or not)

these are the minor rules:


-IMPROPER CONSTRUCTION OF SENTENCE
-BASIC GRAMMAR ERROR
-UNDERSTANDABLE TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
-TELLING CUSTOMER "I WILL FIX MY SCHEDULE,
I WILL CHECK MY SCHEDULE, WE WILL MEET SOON"
