PROJECT CONCEPT
Overview: The E-Learning System is the gateway between the teachers and the students. It is a learning
management system that is use to utilize the information, resources and files where teachers can
create lectures, post assignments and quizzes / assessments, and students can able to download
lessons, receive announcement and feedbacks, submit homework assignments and take quizzes. It
is a medium to enhance classroom interactions and promote wider knowledge for the students.

Problem:  Formal educational-based social network group between teachers and students.
 Tracking lessons and assignments for teachers are troublesome.
 Who can benefit from the system?
 System’s affectivity with the lessons uploaded even without teacher’s prior discussion.
Proposed Solution:  Ensure to log-in through the school domain.
Use Forgot your password link to retrieve a temporary password.
 E-Learning System provides curricular resources and collaborative groups for students and
teachers to have a formal approach to the class. Teachers can create groups that can
establish private and public formal forums.
 The proposed solution is to create a “visual classroom” that is web based application
wherein students are able to study lectures posted by the teachers and students to be able
to take the quizzes and pass assignments.
 Not only the teachers and those that are not working learner students benefit but even part
time and full time working students and absent (students who are excused) are able to
access post lectures without attending classes.
 The system will be an efficient tool for the students to check on their notes and be advance
with the lessons even without the teacher’s prior explanation with the subject. It will also be
an advantage to the instructors since the lessons will be relatable to the students.
Target Users: 2,000 teachers and 70,000 students.
Benefits: These development systems effectively differentiate instructions to meet the needs of all
learners as a means to increase student achievement.
