PAYMENT & SECURITY TIPS


1. Please pay at least your Minimum Amount Due on or before your Payment Due Date to avoid incurring penalties and late payment charges.
2. If you opt to pay your Minimum Amount Due or any amount less than your Statement Balance, kindly note that your account will be subject to Finance Charges

6. Payments made with a China Bank Check through any China Bank branch will be posted on the same day. Payments made with any local check through any China Bank branch should be made at
least three (3) banking days before Payment Due Date. Allow additional one (1) day clearing for payments made with any local check through Payment Centers other than China Bank. Payments made
with regional checks should be made at least 4 banking days before Payment Due Date.
7. For check payments, please make the check payable to China Bank Credit Cards. Please indicate your 16-digit credit card number, name, and contact number at the back of the check.
8. Make sure that the check you issued has no erasures and corrections. Otherwise, it will not be accepted for payment, or will be rejected for clearing. Effective January 4, 2016 all issued checks with
erasures will no longer be accepted for receipt and clearing by banks per the updated Clearing House Rules and Regulations of the Philippine Clearing House Corporation date August 24, 2015.
9. A fee of Php 1,000 will be charged for check payments which were returned due to reasons such as, but not limited to, insufficient funds, unsecured deposit, stop payment order or account closed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
CREDIT LIMIT
Credit Limit is the maximum amount available that the cardholder can use regardless of the number of cards owned. It is shared among the principal and supplementary cardholder/s. It is
expressed in Peso (Php) which includes cardholder's cash advance limit. The maximum allowable balance must not exceed the cardholder's limit. China Bank reserves the right to
disapprove any purchase or cash advance that exceeds the cardholder's available credit limit. For requests to change their credit limit, cardholder may call the China Bank TellerPhone
Hotline at 88-55-888 or Domestic Toll-Free number 1-800-1888-5888.

AVAILABLE CREDIT LIMIT


Available Credit Limit is your credit limit less your outstanding balance due, including installment transactions, and new transactions that have not yet been posted to your account.

INSTALLMENT AMOUNT DUE


Should a cardholder have any installment transaction (including balance transfer), the monthly installment amount including the add-on interest fee shall be posted as regular transaction
and shall form part of the total outstanding balance due. When revolving any portion of the total outstanding balance due on any given month, the monthly installment amount and add-on
interest/related fee shall be included in the computation of finance charges for that month.

PAYMENT DUE DATE


If the due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday, payment should be made on the next banking day following the weekend or holiday. Late payments shall be subjected to
corresponding fees and charges. For local check payments, payment must be done three (3) banking days before payment due date. Acceptance of payment is considered effective only
upon encashment/collection/clearing. If you are paying for multiple accounts, please issue separate checks per account to avoid erroneous posting of payments. Payment should be made
on a per card basis.

DUE DATE AND CUT-OFF DATE


Due date is determined as twenty (20) calendar days after your cut-off date. Cut-off date is the date of the generation of the billing statement. Should the cut-off due date fall on a
Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday, the billing statement shall be generated on the business day immediately preceding the cut-off Date. Any transaction posted before the cut-off date will be
part of the statement balance. Any transaction posted after the cut-off date shall be included in the next billing statement.

MINIMUM AMOUNT DUE


At least 5% of the total amount due or P500, whichever is higher.

ERROR OR QUESTION ON YOUR BILL


Cardholder must notify China Bank of any billing error in the Statement of Account (SOA) within twenty (20) calendar days for the Statement Date, otherwise the SOA shall be considered
true and correct. Cardholder may call the China Bank TellerPhone Hotline at 88-55-888 or Domestic Toll Free Number 1-800-1888-5888.

CHANGE OF BILLING ADDRESS


Cardholder must notify China Bank for change of billing address through the China Bank TellerPhone Hotline at 88-55-888 or Domestic Toll-Free Number 1-800-1888-5888.

LOST OR STOLEN CARD


Report lost or stolen card by calling the China Bank TellerPhone Hotline at 88-55-888 or Domestic Toll-Free Number 1-800-1888-5888. Any transaction made on the card prior to
reporting and blocking the card as lost/stolen shall be considered valid.

FEES AND CHARGES


A. FINANCE CHARGES
Cardholder has the option to pay the total amount due or portion of the total amount due not less than the minimum amount due. The unpaid balance shall be subject to a finance
charge. The finance charge is computed based on Average Daily Balance.

B. LATE PAYMENT FEE AND INTEREST


Late payment fee and interest shall be imposed on non-payment, payment after the due date or payment less than the minimum amount due.

C. CASH ADVANCE FEE


A Cash Advance Fee will be charged for every cash advance transaction availed through the Automated Teller Machine (ATM). To avail of this facility, cardholder must use their
unique ATM Personal Identification Number (P.I.N.) at any China Bank ATM nationwide or Mastercard networks worldwide.

D. QUASI CASH FEE


A 7.5% service fee shall be charged on, but not limited to, gaming/gambling transactions and/or transaction made at gaming/gambling establishments, including placement of wagers,
purchase of lottery tickets or other values in conjuction with any gaming or gambling activity.

E. FOREIGN CURRENCY TRANSACTION FEE


Transactions made outside the Philippines shall be converted from transaction currency to Philippine Pesos based on the Mastercard rates on the day the transaction is posted plus
issuer's service fee on foreign currency transactions.

F. ATTORNEY'S FEES AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES


In case of default payment, applicable cost of collection and/or attorney's fees and litigation and judicial expenses may be charged to the Cardholder, on top of the late and
interest/finance charges.

G. OTHER FEES
Annual Membership Fee, Card Replacement Fee, Card Upgrade/Downgrade Fee, Refund Fee, Temporary Credit Limit Increase Fee, Account Maintenance Fee, Over Limit Fee,
Payment Processing Fee, Charge Slip Retrieval Fee, Card Certification Fee, Quasi Cash Fee, and other fees are charged to the cardholder's account when applicable. The fees may
be changed, as necessary.
