Functional and Hierarchical Lines:

 Hierarchically accountable to : Project Coordinator of MMA TB Project and Procurement &
Logistics Manager PMD, MMA.
 Functionally accountable to : Respective Project Officer ,Assistant Project Coordinator and
Project Coordinator of MMA TB Project.

Position Profile:
 IT & Computer Assistant is mainly responsible for technical support regarding
computing and networking under the guidance of respective ,Project Officer ,Assistant
Project Coordinator and Project Coordinator of MMA TB Project..

Duties and responsibilities:

 IT and Computer Assistant is primarily responsible to assist Project Coordinator,
Assistant Project Coordinator and Project Officers to prepare
-IEC materials, advertising
-Training manuals for different levels of partners
- Guide book, Flyers, Vinyl, and Logos
- Annual reports, research documents, Newsletters, etc;
- Draw implementation and coverage area maps
- Prepare PowerPoint templates and designs
 IT and Computer Assistant will prepare necessary graphic designs and Photoshop illustration and
core draw by computer.
  Collect and prepare documentary papers in project planning, management, monitoring
and evaluation processes of the MMA-TB Project.
 To configure hardware and software, setting up peripheral s such as printers or routers,
repairing equipment, and providing daily support for computer network users.
 Work at a help desk, answering calls and e-mails regarding the computer network or
communication systems.
 IT system installation maintenance ,Performance monitoring on the network and IT
related equipment.
 IT software troubleshooting and maintenance.
 Telephone and internet connection administration.
 Information knowledge management.

Requirements:

 Any graduated from a recognize University.

 Have at least (1) year experience in IT and Computer in health sector.
 Must be in good health.
 Must be proficient English Language.
 Must be flexible and have an empathetic attitude and team spirit.
 Able to work in a multicultural context.
 Have strong interpersonal communication skills.
 Ability to work well and punctually under pressure.
 Must have computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power-Point and Burmese.
