Tools: - Voltmeter
- Laboratory power supply (min. 40V / 5A or more)

Procedure:

1. Measure the battery voltage with a

voltmeter
2. Adjust the power supply to the
measured voltage
3. Limit the current to 1A
4. Switch on the output of the power
supply
5. Connect power supply to battery as
shown on the picture

Plus-Pole

6. Turn up the voltage to max. 48V

7. Slowly turn up the current limit to max.
(depends on the wires and
connectors)
8. The voltage should increase quickly
and continuously (if voltage does
NOT increase cancel the operation
immediately)

Minus-Pole

9. Charge up to min. 40V

10. Switch off the power supply
11. Disconnect the power supply
12. Maybe you have to delete error
memory
13. Continue charging with regular Linde
charger
