ABM 2 – MOTHER HERBERT MOONEY

ABM DAY: BELOVED - CELEBRATION OF LIFE

Genuinely, when an individual joins himself in each undertaking that the entire
association will face, the entire association succeeds. ABM (Accountancy, Business and
Management) family has been gainful all through the entire readiness. The group
experienced distinctive types of managerial functions such as planning, organizing,
leading and motivating, and controlling.

I can actually say that I did something for this

event to be extraordinary and successful. I helped the
team to paint the ABM letters that needs to be putted in
the building. I also helped the props men to do their
tasks. And the thing that I helped the most during and
the preparation and to the actual day, I documented
some happenings for the ABM Day. I even did that
teaser for our section and collected some videos to
finish it. I also helped the team to put numbers in the
ticket to be used for the raffles.

“Failing to plan is planning to fail.” Indeed, the ABM Family did a spectacular job,
from the planning of events, from doing the designs and props for the celebration, and
from exerting so much efforts. The subordinates will not be motivated without the
motivation and passion of the managers. In the family, the grade 12 students motivated
and are determined to finish the task not just alone but with the help of their subordinates,
the grade 11 students. On the other hand, grade 11 students
listened well and did the tasks accordingly prior to the event. If
one member continues to motivate the other and bring light to
the faces of each and every person, a company or an
organization, for sure, will really have a good outcome. It is not
a hindrance that you once made a mistake of not participating
well, specially in our production number for the opening
ceremony, yet we ourselves did our assigned tasks well. The
usherettes and ushers did their best to accommodate the other students of the senior
high school. The documentation team, which I belong, did their best also in filming and
capturing memorable instances. The production team who formulated steps to give the
audience a mesmerizing and anticipating view of dance and moves with the rhythms. The
production team, particularly those who made the props, have had their hands dirty and
painted but disregards it hence it was a good experience to join the other sections in doing
certain tasks. The whole community of ABM supported each other and it made a
spectacular, unforgettable, noteworthy event. In a company, without the leader or a
manager, it won’t function well and the workers might not do their tasks accordingly. In
our strand, we’ve selected the best and devoted leaders. They served as an inspiration
to lot of people to strive and pursue more. Truly, once an individual joins himself in every
endeavor that the whole organization will face, the whole organization succeeds.
