(A) Written Round (Maximum Score: 90 Marks)- Total Duration – 50 + 5 minutes

1. MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTIONS. Each question will have multiple options and the
child has to choose the correct option for each question. Each Correct answer carries 1
mark (35 marks)
2. MATCH THE FOLLOWING. Match the halves given to form a meaningful
mathematical answer. Each apt match carries 1 mark(5 marks)
3. TRACHTENBERG :Solve the questions using Trachtenberg method. The participant is
expected to solve the questions in 5 mins. (50 marks)

(B) Oral Round

1. APPLIED MATH: Each question will be displayed in a slide. Time allotted for each slide
will be 15 seconds. 25 questions will be shown in total. Each correct answer carries 2 mark.
2. RIDDLES AND PUZZLES :Each question will be displayed in a slide. Time allotted for
each slide will be 12 seconds. 5 questions will be shown in total. Each correct answer carries 2
mark.
3. TRACHTENBERG. Each question will be displayed in a slide. Time allotted for each slide
will be 7 seconds. 25 questions will be shown in total. Each Correct answer carries 4 marks.

 Click On Competitions -> Upcoming
 Click On The Payment Option Payu/Paytm
 It Will Be Redirected To The Payu/Paytm Site Where You Can Pay Using Your Debit Card/Credit
Card/Net Banking/Payu Wallet Etc.
 Once You Make The Payment And Your Transaction Is Successful, The Site Shall Be
Automatically Redirected To The Spelling Bee Website And Your TRN Slip Shall Be

Online Registration Procedure after making the Payment

On receipt of Candidate Identification Number: CIN ( CIN is the user name as well as password

Login to the website www.marrsmathbee.in with CIN and check the ‘School Level’ result.

Update all data and Upload participants photograph in the profile.

Further communication for Qualifiers will be through the updated email ID and Mobile Number.

For Payment Click on “Competition>Upcoming >Payment Options.

Select Payu/Paytm and provide necessary details.

To Pay using Eazy Pay: You shall receive an SMS from ICICI in your registered mobile number. Click on
the link, which redirects you to the eazy pay link in ICICI site. Provide the mobile number in which you
received the SMS and provide the OTP. You can see the link to pay the Fee. Ensure You Get the
TRANSACTION NUMBER

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS:

 CHECK YOUR CATEGORY CAREFULLY AND REPORT AS PER THE TIME SLOT FOR YOUR CATEGORY
 Please wear your school uniform and carry your school identity card
 Carry your registration slip and fee payment proof with you
 Carry your water bottle and required stationery with you
 The competition has multiple rounds and the timings may go beyond the schedules
 RESULTS WILL BE ANNOUNCED AFTER 15 DAYS
