Greetings from Infoster !

It is a matter of great pleasure for me to inform you about the recent positive
developments.

1) You know the Infoster Education is an Authorized Resource Provider for

Technology-Driven Distance Education courses of M.S. University. If simply put it,
we were recognized as Coordinator for 5 Online Courses, along with permission to
offer the DD&CE course at our authorized study centers.

So far, we were working really very well with all your support and were successful to
submit the first lot of approx 1000 new admissions to the University. These
applications have been received from different study centers.

But, we observed that the maximum no. of admissions sent to us were for offline
courses and the no. of Online Admission-Applications were hardly 4% of total
admissions received from study centers.

Although, a lot of efforts and investment have been put by Infoster and associated
centers in the Online Courses, still the coordinators are not able to get good no.
admissions.

We have already developed the Online Course prospectus, a web portal for online
admissions, chat servers, online admission provisions, online fee-payment
arrangements with a leading bank, e-material, video- lectures, online students
login-accounts, various interfaces and control panel for students and coordinators,
necessary support software and so much of other such things which are
indispensable for smooth conduct of online Courses.

But still, we have been repeatedly approached by various coordinators who

requested continuously that these courses must be converted to Offline-Mode. Their
contention was, that despite being ready with all required technology, still there are
several hesitations among students regarding online courses. May be we are 4-5
years ahead of the right time to launch the Online Courses. May be, unless Infoster
Education is given a completely free hand and authority to work, these courses may
not invite masses. May be the typical government style functioning of our state
Govt. University is responsible for somewhat extent for non-success of Online
courses. A state government University, where taking a bold decision, taking
adventurous steps, and a novel experiment requires a lot of procedures to be
followed, makes anything a too much delayed process. But the opportunities can
not wait for too long. Neither student nor coordinator can wait too long to let the
things be clear and to gain the confidence in the system. May be without a very
strong determination from University side, the Online courses will not be successful.
May be some day some one else with more authority, possibly from private sector
will launch an extremely good Online education system, which will be a huge
success. Then that will be the beginning of the Online Education era in the country.
Others will start following the system. And definitely the Govt. Universities will also
be left with no other choice than to follow the footsteps and provide all support.

So, till the right opportunities come, based over the experience, suggestions,
requests, complains of our dear coordinators, I herby declare that the Infoster
Education has decided to keep on hold all its operations related with Online Mode
distance education.

Instead all the exclusive courses of Infoster Education in association with M.S.
University are herby converted to Offline/ traditional distance education Mode.

So, now you may feel comfortable to offer courses to students and may be able to
enroll more no. of students, as what for the time being you felt as your prime
obstacle has been removed!

CONGRATULATIONS!

Now, keep doing offline mode admissions as you were doing till now, even with
greater enthusiasm.But, let me remind you that your efforts regarding Online
Courses are not wasted. We are ready and fully prepared. Our operations are only
on hold, and we will commence this journey the day, when coordinators suggest
that the environment is right, So, as in the beginning I told you that you recognize
Infoster Education as Online Resource Provider, now I am happy to let you know
that “The Infoster Education is recognized as Technical collaborator for organizing
Study Centers where DD & CE courses and various collaborative programs will be
conducted in Offline Mode”

2. As the Infoster Education has applied to the University for Conversion of its
exclusive courses from online mode to Offline mode, our MOU has been appended.
We have received the addendum to the MOU from University. Soon, the updated
information about courses & medium will be uploaded over the official website of
the M.S. University, along with all changes in the Notification and list of approved
study centers of Infoster Education along with allotted study center code by the
University.
