debit advice. Please review this document as a response to the chargeback notice.
Below is a brief outline of exhibits containing documents supporting the reason for the
chargeback being reversed

EXHIBIT A – MERCHANT BILLING MODEL

STELLARSUNSESKINAPPEAL offers a 14-day risk free trial of the product. Customers can
place their order on the order page to get a free 30-day supply; the customer only has to
pay for shipping and handling at $5.88.

During the trial period, the customer is given 14 days to decide whether or not to
continue with the product. If the customer is satisfied with our product, they will
continue onto a subscription program. On the 15th day, the customer will be charged
$91.02 from the same credit card provided during the initial order. They will also be
charged every 30 days until the customer decides to cancel their subscription.
Customers are free to cancel their subscription anytime and can do so by contacting
customer service. The customer service phone number is clearly provided on the
webpage, email confirmation, and packing slips.

Customers that do not cancel before the 14-day trial expires are responsible for the full
product cost and also any subscription charges therein as agreed in the terms &
conditions.

Product billing and shipping structure is as follows:

Day 1: $5.88 – Initial product shipment of 30-day supply
Day 15: $91.02 – No product shipment
Day 45: $91.02 – Second shipment of 30-day supply
Day 75: $91.02 – Third shipment of 30-day supply
Day 105-Until Customer Cancels: $91.02 with product shipment

As previously stated in the Merchant Billing Model, STELLARSUNSESKINAPPEAL offers a

14-day trial program. Any customers that do not cancel their order within the trial
period will be placed onto a subscription program. Customers participating in the trial
program are fully responsible for all charges and subscription cancellation.
