Subject: Social Media Awareness

Hello Stannis,

It has come to my attention that you and your team have been having issues gaining traction
across the various social media platforms regarding our latest event. Stannis, it is imperative that
we initiate alternative solutions for that as soon as possibleget on that. We are on restricted
timeWe don’t have a lot of time on our hands here. I am reaching out to you because you are the
head of our media team, and your team handles a great majority of our affairs dealing with the
public. This is one of the most important programs we’ve launched this year, which is why we
need all of the attention we can get. Not only for the betterment of NASA, but for the benefit of
the people as well.
From what I could gather, it seems to me that the issue is the timing of the event. We are
scheduling it for the beginning of August after all, which is a bit of a slow season for most. Most
people are on vacation these days. However, we could provide a little incentive for those going
on vacation. We’ll place attractions all over the project site and have a grand big tour for those
interested. It’ll be a wonderful experience for all those interested in space. So be sure to advertise
that as well.
Also, a vast majority of our following resides on Facebook. If we can tap into our primary
audience on Facebook that audience as well as those on Instagram through various “big-image”
science influencers, then I’m sure we can direct enough attention towards our campaign. There
are millions of viewers on YouTube these days, so the potential outreach on that platform as well
is tremendous. We should create a few ads for the campaign and have content creators place
them in their videos. After all, that is what they get paid for.
Lastly, try reaching out to a few news channels and discussing our plans with them. I am sure
quite a few of them will be interested in covering the Ozone Revival Campaign. Reach out to all
of them to prevent aligning ourselves with any specific political party. We want to remain as
unbiased and neutral as possible.
Remember Stannis, we are only a month away from the main event. I trust you and your team to
perform those tasks I listed and any other strategies, that you see fit, that may help spread
awareness for our campaign. I am looking forward to seeing the fruits of your team’s labor.
