Dear Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Senator Ed Markey(D-MA),

This email communication is respectfully delivered to your attention to inform you that in the past
couple of weeks, there have been substantial developments in the Federal lawsuit - HARIHAR v US
BANK et al, which includes the Defendant - Commonwealth of Massachusetts (Reference
Certiorari Petition No. 18-7752, Appeal No. 17-1381 and Lower Court Docket No. 15-cv-11880). For
years now, both of your offices have been regularly updated on the evidenced (and certainly
egregious) judicial abuses of power associated with this litigation, since its infancy stages. The most
recent of these continued judicial abuses involves RECUSED US District Court Judge - Hon. Allison
Dale Burroughs, and her conscious decision to issue two (2) separate VOID orders without
jurisdiction (Scroll down to first view Judge Burroughs' June 19, 2017 Recusal Order, followed by
8/5/19 and 7/29/19 VOID orders). As you know, these evidenced acts are interpreted as violations to
ARTICLE III and 18 U.S. Code § 2381, for continuing to issue orders after jurisdiction has been lost -
JUDICIAL TREASON. In her most recent order, the recused Judge even THREATENS to issue
sanctions against the Plaintiff, if additional documents are lawfully filed with the District Court (See the
VOID 8/5/19 Order Below).

But what becomes even more concerning, is that NO ONE is doing anything about it. There appears
to be NO GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABILITY. As a matter of record, I've already publicly
exemplified a BROKEN PROCESS for addressing judicial misconduct in the First Circuit. I've also
publicly evidenced failures in the Executive Branch, as the DOJ has REFUSED to bring criminal
indictments for my EVIDENCED criminal complaints of record, which includes (but is not limited to)
Judicial Treason. And in the Legislative Branch, nonfeasance/malfeasance continues to be evidenced
throughout the Commonwealth, as Legislative leaders simply turn a "blind eye" to these
evidenced, systemic failures in government.

Respectfully Senators, it was YOUR RECOMMENDATION to the President that led to Judge
Burroughs' nomination to the bench in December 2014 (Obama Administration). Judge
Burroughs was assigned to HARIHAR v US BANK et al, just a few months thereafter. Perhaps this
(at least in part) is the reason for your nonfeasance. Based on my interpretation of Federal Law, it
is now incumbent upon you to bring these evidenced judicial failures to the attention of Congress,
specifically the House/Senate Judiciary Committees. If left uncorrected - aside from ARTICLE III
violations, there is cause for impeachment and potential removal from the bench, under ARTICLE II.
To be clear - I have NEVER asked any government office, agency or ANY party (nor would I ever) to
interfere with ongoing litigation. I have however, reported evidenced judicial crimes and systemic
failures in government to the proper authority - all in full public view, and the Nation is clearly
taking notice.

Senator Warren, as the US Senator to this Commonwealth (and 2020 Presidential Candidate), I
again respectfully call for both you and Senator Markey to bring these evidenced judicial failures -
beginning with RECUSED US District Court Judge - Hon. Allison Dale Burroughs, to the attention of
Congress. It remains my sincere hope that by doing so, it will lead to accountability and ultimately, a
restored faith in government. Thank you both for your attention to this very serious matter.

Motion to Disqualify Judge Allison D. Burroughs, is DENIED as improperly
filed. On July 29, 2019, the Court denied Harihar's motion to amend his
complaint and remove an action from state court. The Court explained that
this action has run its full and complete course given that it was terminated
more than two years ago and Harihar then appealed without success. The
Court ordered that Harihar "shall make no further filings on this docket...."
