Mid Term Review is half-yearly check in to formally take stock of how one is progressing on the goals, do they need to be revised if the
context/role/business scenarios have changed, plan for the next 6 months and feedback for development and any course correction. While this is
not synonymous with Annual Review but it is a critical stage of the process leading to Annual Review.
Most importantly, it allows employees and managers to make mid-course corrections, if needed. Without completing this step, one cannot proceed
for Annual Review.
Employee Information
Record your achievement for each Goal in the Actual Achievement field which will be visible when you click on the pencil icon made available
next to each Goal.
If you want to record any additional Comments regarding your achievements or goal, you can do so in the Employee Comments box available below
each Goal.
To view details of each Goal, you can click on Goal Details tab.
