Active Learning with the

Leadership Simulator
Experience rather than theory: skills for everyday business

The Leadership Simulator is a realistic simulation of everyday leadership

situations. In a business simulation game both general management tasks
as well as special leadership challenges (which are agreed upon with the
client) are embedded in a story. The simulation game consists of everyday
life situations, in which participants learn through specific experiences,
train their own awareness and broaden their skills. Therefore, a large
amount of knowledge and faster learning transfer is achieved.

Intensive feedback sequences enable participants to recognize the effects

of their own entrepreneurial behavior. By reflecting on it they can best use
the insights for their own professional challenges.
