Adobong pusit flumbe

Ingredients:
1/4 Pusit
1c sprite
3 Tbsp Soy sauce
2 tsp Garlic
2 tsp Onion
2 tsp Ginger
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch Msg

Procedure

1. Heat a wok and pour in cooking oil


2. Saute garlic and onion and add the pusit for 5-6 minutes until the color turns
brown add the soy sauce, sprite,black pepper and msg.
3. Pour the brandy if the pusit is dry, put the 1 jigger of brandy wait until the fire is
gone and serve it
