Like stage one, I think this stage is the biggest issue than another stage. Identity confusion this is
the “Who am I?” stage associated with the feeling that one is different from peers, accompanied by
a growing sense of personal alienation. The person begins to be conscious of same-sex feelings or
behavior and to label them as such. It is rare at this stage for the person to disclose inner turmoil to
others. (workbook, pp25)
In conclusion, sexual identity development is thought to progress through several stages, beginning
with identity confusion caused by the realization of same-sex attractions and ultimately ending with
the acceptance and consolidation of an LGBQ identity. In most models of sexual identity
development, the final stage involves adopting an LGBQ identity, sharing that identity with others
through a "coming out" process, and committing to this identity as a stable and happy part of the
self (http://www.mnsu.edu/lgbtc/)

powering this real-time of communication that we’re all it is increasingly platform mentioned
earlier like Twitter Facebook YouTube that has been created by people in this generation. So, we
got the early and some digital technology as we are growing up and then we took that and took to
the next level. As a result, it gives us this unique position in the world. (What will the Millennial
Generation do? in youtube clip)
According to Neugarten article, a stage theory of adult life seems oversimplified for several reasons.
For the reasons, the timing of life events is becoming less regular, age is losing its customary social
meanings, and the trends are toward the fluid life cycle and an age-irrelevant society. We live in
preoccupations reported by young, middle-aged, and older persons are recurrent ones that appear
and reappear in new forms and do not follow in a single fixed order. These factors make a
meaningful life story from a life history, always deals with issues of time, timing, and aging.
