Street Food Mania

“Feel at Boulevard, a HAPPY PLACE of Filipino.”

This is our tagline because our foods mostly found in street that is why we state it

as Feel at boulevard, and the other term for street is boulevard. Filipino love to

eat street foods and it give them satisfaction. Street food is a favorite tambayan

or a Happy place of Filipino but we will also make them happier in our small store

because our foods are flavorful than to other street foods.

Introduction
Filipinos loves street food. The streets are clouded with variety of street
foods to choose. The complex variation of street food caters the satisfaction of
every Filipino craving. The love for good street food sold in an affordable rate is
continuously rising and that is why the business owners decided to take risk in
this business.

The Street Food Mania will continue the legacy of Filipino Street food as a
delicacy. The business promises to cater the demand of the Filipinos in terms of
street food. The business offers a variety of street food that is grouped together
to further highlight the satisfactory level of our products.

The business also pledges to serve the clean and high-quality products
that is sold in an affordable price. This is to break the norm of the street food
saying, “Mura na, marumi pa!” The business will only serve products that is
delicious and virtuous for the sake of our beloved consumers.

I. Executive Summary

Name of the Business

The business owners agreed to come up with the name “Street food

Mania” because of the feeling that the consumers will feel after trying out our

delightful products. Mania has the same meaning with “obsession” and that is

what our consumers will felt after taking a bite. After having a taste, you will get

more in haste.

Business Location

Street food mania is located at 3F Estelle Plaza, Camarin Road, Vicas,

Novaliches, Caloocan, 1422 Metro Manila it is place above the alfamart. We

make sure that we can attract the students and other family to buy for it. We

make sure that they can relax and enjoy in our place.

Nature of the Business

Street food mania offers products that can be seen in the streets of the

Philippines for example is fish balls, kikiam, kwek-kwek etc. therefore, we are a

retail type of business.

MANAGEMENT ASPECT

This chapter discuss the rules and regulations as well as how the things

flow inside the store. Management aspects explains the job description or the

duties and responsibility of the following employees. Management aspects

includes the forms of organizations, personnel plan, job qualification, job

identification card as well as the Gantt chart.

Each owner will be a General Partner, it means they manage the business

Cashier - he/she receives payment by cash. He/she also Handling all the

cash transaction of an organization.

Store crew- Service crew members are food and beverage serving

workers, and both job titles are associated with providing customer service,

performing food preparation, and cleaning restaurant and dining areas.

Cook- he/she manages the foods to prepare. Setting up workstations with

all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.

Rules and regulation for the employees

• The employee should arrive on time before the shop opens.

• the employee should wear a proper attire while working hours.

• The employee should be hospitable with the customers.

• The employee should always keep the shop clean.

• The employee needs to wear their identification card while at work.

• The employee must not slack off during work hours.

• The employee need to welcome the customer and thank them when leaving the

shop.

Do's and Don’ts for customers

• The customer should not keep their things unattended.

• The customer is not allowed to do inappropriate things in the shop such as

smoking

• The customer should not cause a fight or any commotion inside the shop on

respect for the other customers inside.

• The customer is not allowed to bring anything that may cause harm.

• No pets are allowed inside the shop.

• First come first serve. Business hours The Street food mania opens at 11 am in

the morning and close at 6 pm in the evening.
