Acknowledgement

I would like to extend my warmest gratitude to all those people

who helped me in the completion of this portfolio and those who became
a big part of my college life.

First and foremost I would like to thanks to our almighty God that
source of life and never stop to guide me and also give me a heavenly
wisdom in order to make this portfolio.

Grateful acknowledgement to my love ones especially to my family

who never tired to support, motivate and inspires me in doing whatever
the things that need to do in order to complete this portfolio. To my
beloved mother Mrs. Veronica F. Nociete for being my big inspiration to
always do the best in everything and to soar higher for their hard work
just to be able to send me in school. Also for always showing the word
and making me feel how much she is proud of me. And for teaching and
guidance which made me becomes as what I am now.

To the Program Head of Bachelor in Secondary Education Mrs.

Gemma C. Corda, MaT, for her guidance, encouragement and inspiring
word that helped me to take a right path reach one of my goals in life.
And as a observer, heartfelt acknowledgement for her effort and time to
observe and for the comments to make me as one of the best teacher in
the near future.

To my cooperating teacher Ms. Femmy Reginio and Mrs. Emma

Alojado for effort and time to teach me the things that I need to learn
when I am in field of teaching. Also for sharing their knowledge, expertise
and molded me to become what I have now.

Special acknowledgement to Ms. Debbie Jean Sabug for helping

me in the time when I need a help specially for making a lesson plan that
being used in my Final demonstration teaching and aside from that there
are so many things that ma’am Debbie done to help my goals being
achieved.

To the students of Pis-anan National High School especially all

grade 9 students my student in my first shifting that helped me develop
my different skills in teaching. Also to the three section of Grade 7 which
are Temperance, Charity and Obedience that helped me to continue my
practice teaching to enhance the skills that I need when someday I am in
the field of teaching.

Last but not the least my girlfriend Ms. Reinah Jean A. Sapitanan
that serves as inspiration for whatever the best things I do; for her love
and undying support for the entire task that I need to accomplished
especially for making this portfolio. To my ML (Math Legend) Barkada’s,
thank you for the help you’ve extended to me, especially for the advices
on how I would deal with my students.
