650 V) of M/S Ramky Tranquillas, Sy. No.143,151, 153 to 157, Kismatpur Village, Ralendranagar Mandal,
Rangareddy District, under Regulation 43(3) of the Central Electricity Authority ( Measures relating to Safety
and Electric Supply) Regulations 2010- certain defects noticed - Regarding.

It appears to me that you have not complied with the regulations made under section 53 of the ElectrlityAct
2003,namely the Central Electricity Authority (Measures relating to Safety and Electricity Supply) Regulation 201O.You are
hereby called upon to comply with the following instructions and submit your compliance report works shall be carried out
through Grade'A' Licensed Electrical Contractor. so as to reach the office on or before O1-12-2OIB. This compliance report
should be fully descriptive, item-wise and self-explanatory.

months of the date on which this order is served or delivered or is deemed to have been delivered but this ordet must be
complied with, not withstanding such appeal, unless the appellate authority on or before the date specified in paragraph
above, suspends its operation.

lnstructions:-

1. A person holding supervisor permit "up to L1,KV", issued by Electrical Licensing Board, Hyderabad, shall be
appointed to look after the operation and maintenance of 11 KV Sub-Station and other electrical installation.
2. Earth pits shall be indelibly marked for easy identification.
3. The earth flats in the transformeryard are connected wlth single bolt and nut same shall be properly
connected/ welded to have more contact area where they are connected to earth electrodes and wherever
joints are made.
4. Cable route Indicators shall be provided at an interval not exceeding20 m and also at turning points of the
underground cable route
5. Allthe cable trenches shall be filled with sand, pebbles or similar non-inflammable materlals, or completely
covered with non-inflammable slabs. The cable trenches shall be suitably sloped and arrangements shall be
made for draining them or preventing them from getting filled with water.
6. Double earthing shall be provided to the allthe Feeder panels which are not earthed during the inspection
with 50 x 6 mm G.l strip through two separate and distinct earth connections (Reg-a1)
7. The following safety equipment/lnstructions shall be provided
a) A suitable rubber matting or insulated platform should be provided in front of all panel boards and
switch boards.
b) ldentification marl<s, such as name of controlling equipment, cable size, length and load details shall
benotedattheirrespectivecontrolswitchesonthepane|board
c) First aid box shall be provided at conspicuous places.

 d) Adequate number of fire buckets filled with clean dry sand
and carbon-di-oxide or dry chemicai
powdertype fire extinguishers should be provided in conspicuous
places, for dealing with electrical
fi res.
e)" lnsulated gloves of voltage rating at least equalto maximum
voltage present in the installation shall
be provided for operation and maintenance staff.
f) Danger Boards as per lndian standard 2551should be affixed permanently in conspicuous position
on every motor, Alternator, Transformer and other electricai
equipment.
g) Instruction charts in English, Hindi and local language of the district for restoration of persons
suffering from erectric shock shourd be affixed in conspicuous praces.
B. 'An efficient lightning conductor shall be provided on
top point and it shall be connected to earth wlth 25 x 3
mm copper strip through a separate and distinct earth electrode
to divert electrical surges due to lightningto
grou nd.
9. The socket outlets in villas, which are s accessible to children,
shail be of interlocked plug and socket or
alternatively a socl<et outlet which automatically gets screened
by the withdrawal of plug.
Switch boards shall not be erected above gas stoves or slnks
or within 2.5 m of any washing unit in
the washing room
11. one more earth pit shall be constructed for each flat and allthe DBs
shall be double earthed as instructed
during the inspection.
