ABSTRACT

The study was conducted to find out the socio-economic

political profiles of the thirty-two (32) punong barangays of the City of

Kabankalan.

The subjects of the study were the punong barangays of

Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental. It made use the descriptive method

of research. Data were gathered through the Department of the Interior

and Local Government data and information and through an interview

with the respondents.

The findings revealed that
