PERSONAL DATA NOTICE

In the course of Puncak Athenaeum Management Corporation (PAMC) providing services to you, it is necessary for you to provide
us, and for us to collect, data about you that is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and other data protection, privacy or
similar laws for the purposes of usage, processing, storing and recording from time to time.

PAMC will process your Personal Data as listed below which have/has been provided by you to us, or any of its personnel,
employee, agent, servant or through any banks, financial institution, Pos Malaysia Bhd, Local Authorities, TNB, Syabas and/or
service providers engaged by PAMC :-
• Name and Nationality;
• NRIC No / Passport No;
• Gender and religion;
• Marital status, spouse details, dependent’s details;
• Physical and mental health and condition;
• Property details including annual value and assessment details;
• Parcel account details;
• Services billing information including billing and payment information;
• Contact details (including house, office, mobile phone number, email address, correspondence address) and any Personal
Data derived from any legal document including Sales & Purchase Agreements, Tenancy Agreements, Letters of
Administration, Grants of Probate, Powers of Attorney, Birth Certificates and Death Certificates.
(hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Personal Data”)

We will process the Personal Data for the following purposes:-

• To facilitate the provisioning of responsive services to your property;
• For the maintenance of parcel owner’s database and service related processes;
• For insurance claim purposes if any;
• Billing and financial purposes, including payment of PAMC services (and all transactions related thereto), accounting & tax;
• For administrative purposes;
• To meet legal and statutory requirements;
• For contact purposes;
• To respond to your enquiries;
• General operation and maintenance of the services provided by PAMC;
• Matching any data held by PAMC relating to you as parcel owner from time to time;
• Providing you with regular communications relating to the services provided by PAMC; and investigating complaints and
nuisance which affect the neighborhood.

This information is necessary to us. If you do not provide all the information as requested, we will not be able to perform our
obligations and affect our capacity to accomplish the above stated purposes. Failure to provide this information will also result in you
not being able to enjoy the services provided and may result in you affecting the services to other residents as a whole.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose your Personal Data to the following parties for the purposes stated below:-
• Our staff, agents and service providers providing services relating to the purposes for which the Personal Data is collected;
• Third parties (including accounting company and auditors) who provide the services;
• If delay or default of payment has occurred, to our appointed lawyers, debt collection agencies, credit-reporting agencies;
and;
• Any person who is under a duty of confidentially who has undertaken to keep such data confidential.

We may also disclose the Personal Data if required to do so by law or in good faith, if such action is necessary to (i) comply with
requirements of any law enforcement agency, court order or legal process; or (ii) protect and defend rights or property of PAMC, its
personnel (including Council Members), employees, agents, servants etc.

PAMC shall endeavor to implement the appropriate administrative and security safeguards and procedure to prevent unauthorized
processing of your Personal Data and any accidental loss or destruction or damage to Personal Data.

subject to the applicable legal restrictions, conditions and reasonable time period.
