MANIFESTATION with
MOTION TO WITHDRAW
INFORMATION

The People of the Philippines, as represented by the

undersigned Prosecution Attorney of the Department of Justice
(“DOJ”), respectfully manifest that last 01 September 2015, the
undersigned filed a Compliance with Manifestation explaining that the
undersigned has not received any official instruction, whether written
or verbal, ordering him to transmit the records of the case, or transfer
responsibility over the case, to Deputy Regional Prosecutor Jose
Demosthenes Salgado.

Today, however, the undersigned has received verbal

instruction from his superiors at the Department of Justice to move for
the withdrawal of the Information in the above-entitled case.

As such, the undersigned adopts the Motion to Withdraw

Information of Deputy Regional Prosecutor Jose Demosthenes
Salgado, and submits the same to the discretion of the Honorable
Court.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that the

Information filed in this case be ordered withdrawn from the Court
Docket.

Other just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed for.
