accordance with the terms and conditions as stated below and mutually agreed couommercial covenants,
subject to the approval and acceptance of the final contract of sale and purchase of the product.

3. Quantity. : 30,000 MT+ - 5% / Shipment.
Quality, quantity and weight verify by SGS or equivalent at seller’s cost
at loading port is Final, quality, quantity and weight agreement at
buyer’s cost at discharge port.
4. Packing : Bulk - Direct loading from Shore Tank into vessel.

5. Price Reference : USD 637.00/MT ( Price will revise for next shipment)
6. Delivery : Cost And Freight ( Product Insurance at Buyer Cost).

7. Payment Terms. : 50% Advance Payment and Balance 50% by Irrevocable and Transferble
LC at Sight from world's prime bank on Loading date against "Bill Of Lading
"at Loading Port.
8. Loading Date : within 45 Days(max) after Confirmation of the advance payment, LC and
vessel schedule .
9. Contract Period. : Spot Purchase with extensions
10. Documents issues after loading :

a). Bill of Lading

b). Certificate of weight, quantity and quality.
c). Packing List
d). Certification of Origin
e). Heath Certificate.
f). Halal Certificate.

11. Procedures :

i) Seller issues FCO.

ii) Buyer Sing and Stemp acceptance the FCO from Califa BGM (seller)
iii) Buyer issues firmed ICPO.
iv) Seller issue P.Invoice, Draf SPA & LC verbiage.
v) Buyer return the acceptance P.Invoice and SPA with all buyer information detail and sign
and initial each page. exchange contract within 3 days, signed in hard copies, OR signed
electronic transmissions in PDF in return through soft copies.

vi) In 3 working Bank days, buyer’s bank to issue 50% Advance payment & Irrevocable LC at sight
from world prime bank.
vii) within 45 days (maximum) after the approved funds are cleared, product will ready to
delivered from Bunker port Shore Tank into vessel, Before loading SGS shall inspect the
product as requested by Buyer.
viii) Buyer also has the access to inspect the cargo together with SGS or other authorized
independent inspectors.
ix) Upon loading at the loading port against the presentation of shipping documents at Seller’s
Bank, Buyer’s bank is required to release the Letter of Credit at Seller’s bank based upon the
total value of purchased.
x) Subsequently shipments will be followed under the same procedure without any reduction
until all shipment is completed.

xi) Delivery starts as per all the Term and Conditions in the contract.

12. Relevant Additional Affirmations :

The official Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) will be by the Principle buyer/paymaster ( Razavi
supply chain management company) and Seller ( Califa bgm (m) Plt) onw the acceptance of this
FCO.The SPA will made under complete compliance to terms and conditions of PORAM standard format
for international trade. This FCO is for the exclusive benefit of the addressee only.
The custom decleration export form will used under our associated company the MPOB and Export
Licence holder (MPOB 617955017000 / Export 617955-30 PKT or MPOB 525980001700 / Export 52598-
017000 )

THIS DOCUMENT IS VALID FOR A PERIOD OD SEVEN (7) BANKING DAYS, STARTING WITH THE DATE OF
SIGNATURES.
