About us:
AG Events is a traveling and event management company, We've been booking affordable adventures
for awesome humans since 2015. Experts in the tours, accommodation and good vibes - whatever your
adventure, it starts right here.
We organize events like seminars, conferences, workshops, training, product launches, team building
activities, alumis meets, outdoor activities, flashmobs, school trips, trekking, Industrial Visits, Clubbing,
Concerts, Live shows, etc.
This memorandum of Understanding is between AG Events and Rotaract Club of Lala Lajpat Rai College
for the event KASHARTI on 25th of August, 2019 held at YB Chavan Auditorium.

Deliverable from Lala Lajpat Rai College:

1. College Team to put up 5 posts about the event from the official handles across all Social Media
Platforms as per the content and creative given by AG Events
2. To boost the posts on the social media pages of the college if required or specified by AG Events (The
expense for boosting the post will be given by AG Events to the college)
3. College team to put up physical branding in forms of banners, standees, posters, etc when given by
AG Events. (Material will be given by AG Events).
4. 20 Minimum Passes sales to be done by the college team

Deliverable from AG Events:

1. AG Events to promote the college festival across their social media handles with 5 posts each on
Facebook and Instagram
2. Brand integrations from MTV, Vh1 India, Comedy Central, Colors Infinity, and others for events and
festivals in colleges
3. Internship to be given to 3 recommended students from the college team at the brands associated
with us.
4. Listing of all events, festivals of the college in the Trending Section of IAMIN.
5. Guestlist of 5 people in every club night AG Events is associated in a month (The monthly calendar will
be shared with the college)
6. Banner Space at the event happening in YB Chavan Auditorium
7. Logo Space on the Backdrop of the event
8. 1 Minute Verbal Stage Announcement on the day of the event
