Maintenance Master
data Summary
1. Function locations :- Function locations are used to classify plant based on area, group of
machines & functional criteria.

In AMI plant function locations are created based on area. Sample of structure is shown below.

Conclusion:- Refer "01-Function location" sheet to see list of function locations finalized. If you want
you can add further.
2. Equipments :- They are used to represent individual machines. These are the machines on
which maintenance will be carried out and record will be kept for that. Sample of equipments are
shown below.

In AMI Main machines are created as equipments. Motor, Gearbox connected to machines will be
treated as spares. You can see various tabs available in Equipment & data filled inside it.
Conclusion:- Open "02-Equipment" sheet & understand the sample data filled in yellow. Start to fill
equipment one by one & its information.
3. Preventive Task lists:- They describe a sequence of individual maintenance activities
that are performed as a part of preventive program.

In AMI for each equipment one task list will be created. Sample of one Equipment task list is shown
below.

Conclusion:- Open "03-Equipment Task list" sheet & understand the sample data filled in yellow.
Start to fill task list activities one by one & its information.
