MANAGER, REVENUE & E-DISTRIBUTION

(based in Bangkok/ Amari Havodda Maldives)
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Manages the resort’s revenue management system and develop and implement strategies and procedures designed to maximize overall
hotel revenue and to optimize profitability through implementation of effective revenue management processes and data driven fact-based
business decisions.
• To take on a leadership and decision making role for property pricing, distribution and market mix strategies and work with all departments
to ensure maximum revenue potential is achieved in their area of responsibility.
• Drives to increase business generated from Internet channels in order to increase property Revenue per available Room index.
• Oversee the reservation procedures.
• Consistently maintain or exceed monthly forecasted room budget thus maximizing resort revenue.
• Direct rate and inventory strategies at resort level. Employ demand-pricing principles to drive rate and occupancy, resulting in increased
revenues.
• Perform pricing analysis and strategy, with creative problem solving skills to determine root causes of revenue.
• Research the market in partnership with sales department and propose new pricing models and additional revenue streams to key decision
makers to assist in effective revenue generation.

In addition to possessing 2-3 years of related revenue and e-distribution experience, preferably in Maldivian or Indian ocean areas with
progressive management experience, the successful candidate will also;

 Be a strategic thinker and effective communicator
 Have clear customer/partner focus both external and internal
 Be able to demonstrate insightful problem solving/analysis capability with proven presentational skills
