 Proposed Construction Procedures of Work

1. A) Fan Cooler CO2 Concrete Structure drawing plan facing East & West
direction, Front Coordinate East side designate Reinforced Concrete Cantilever
Beams connected to Columns 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 & 14 with 3 vertical structural
steel H- Beam pipeline supports.
2. B) West direction designated 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 overhang 1.0m diameter CO2
pipeline with 4 steel rod bolt and welded support connected to reinforced
concrete Cantilever beam.

For "A" line 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 & 14

3. The proposed restoration and construction start Front Coordinate East Side. We
have 3 Vertical steel structural H- Beam support structures of the CO2 pipeline
from Cooling Fan Cooler to Exhaust Steel Tower and supported dependent to
reinforced concrete varying cantilever beam L= 2m x 0.30 x 0.30m, span each
6.0m and together with the walkway steel platform W= 1.25m x L= 45m.
4. Work procedures start from unsupported and no concentrated load pipeline on
the Reinforced Concrete Cantilever beam alternately Line 8, 10, 12, & 14.
Erected with safety pipe scaffolding W= 3m x 3m, H= 10.0m complete pipe
scaffolding, platform, supports, cover and ladder.
5. Steel platform walkway should be required a vertical supports, 3-5cm. rise up the
maximum clearance gap for concrete pouring and leveling finish elevation of the
cantilever beams.
6. Construction start cantilever beam, following columns, walls restoration and
repair where severe concrete cracks needed to chipping and breaking to expose
corroded reinforcement for replacement and apply anti-corrosion, concrete
adhesive bond materials. Also use approved materials, tools and equipment.
7. Formwork, wood timber, plywood and supports shall be use new material. shape,
sizes, length, locations of the existing cantilever concrete structures, columns,
wall, and steel walkway platform similarity with drawing design plan.
8. Concrete curing, compressive strength, removing of formwork and supports as
per standard of concrete construction and design standard procedures.
9. After completed Line 8, 10, 12 & 14 concrete cantilever beams, column, wall
repair and restoration work time schedule, we proceed to Line 9, 11 & 13.
10. Line 9, 11 & 13 we have 3 vertical Steel structural H-Beam concentrated loads to
cantilever concrete beam, before proceed construction work, required addition
vertical supports of the existing CO2 pipeline and the steel walkway platform.
11. And similarly construction work procedures as of Line 8, 10, 12 & 14.

For Line "B" 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7

12. Un-supported reinforced cantilever beam Line 2, 4 & 6 similarly to construction
procedures work items 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9 follows.
13. Line 1, 3, 5 & 7 reinforced cantilever beam anchored the Overhang Pipeline CO2
1.0m diameter from Cooling Fan Cooler structure connected with steel rod
support welded and bolt to the pipeline should temporary open or moved.
14. Before proceed to repair and restoration of the Concrete Cantilever Beams
construction required approved erected Vertical Support structural steel H-beam
start to ground to pipeline level elevations of maximum height 9.0m individually
where designated line 1, 3, 5 & 7 Overhang pipeline support including the steel
walkway platform.
15. Reinforced Concrete Columns and Walls required to Repair and restoration
shall be cover with wooden platform and plastic where concrete cracks debris not
falling down to the equipment, machines below under working areas. Similarly
work construction procedure stated items 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9 follows.

Safety Procedures

16. Working height as per construction safety standard policies, HSE.

17. Contractor all debris material in the site shall be deposed to the designated place.
18. Contractors shall follow all the Scope of Works and guidelines of the Company.
19. Contractors shall follow all construction standard of the custodian required.
