1. PURPOSE:
To ensure timely disposal of THF & Methanol.

2. SCOPE:
Sale of THF & Methanol, which emerges as a by-product of manufacturing chips

4. RESPONSIBILITIES:

o SCM-TM :

 On the basis of Dispatch Advice, prepare sales order.

o SCM-GL :

 Follow up with Customer/Vendor for lifting of material.

 To Review and ensure timely/regular disposal of THF & Methanol.
 Customer master data creation and updation as required.

o HEAD - SCM

 To finalize annual contract of customer.

5. PROCEDURE:

While delivering, two samples of methanol shall be drawn from the tanker.
One of the samples shall be given to the transporter for handing over to
3. the customer, and the other sample shall be retained by Quality Assurance SCM-TM
Section. The sample so retained by the Quality Assurance shall be used in
case any complaint is received from the customers
On completion of loading of tanker Weighment is to be done and prepare

documents like Delivery, Bill, Excise Invoice & Road Permit
Invoice is prepared to update GST entry in system. Three sets of Invoice are
prepared for Duplicate for Transporter, Triplicate office Record (weigh brigt

wight slip of loaded tanker for future GROSS ), and Original for buyer is sent
HO ACCOUNT
6. After documentation, dispatch detail send to the concerned Dept. SCM-TM
