The document discusses two issues:
1. The education system is insufficient with students not receiving quality education, many leaving school before completing secondary education, and not enough teachers. This perpetuates cycles of poverty that education seeks to address.
2. The village's domestic industries are dependent on monsoon seasons for farming while villagers engage in agricultural labor and work in other villages for additional income. Self-help groups exist but with little progress and some families' agricultural output is insufficient to feed themselves. Alternative employment is needed for year-long income generation and development.

Most of the students leave school before they complete secondary education. Number of teachers are insufficient. Regional language. The mentality of the people is such that whenever the basic needs such as food, cloth and shelter are fulfilled they get satisfied and do not look for things beyond it. It is because their life has been passed in obtaining these thing simply from nothing. But, it their children are the ones who through education can escape this cycle and get a better life- good living conditions and be much more than just farmers and labourers. Thus, we must ensure that the inertia of not changing does not affect these children and they have a progressive and a educated mind- set. Issue 2 - Domestic industries People here are dependent on monsoon season for farming. All villagers are involved in agricultural activity. They do labour apart from agriculture in nearby big villages. Self Help groups are present but not much progress of any member. Some people don't produce sufficient to feed their families. The agricultural field is overcrowded with less output than input. Further yearlong employment has to be generated so that people can earn more to run their families and avoid harsh time. Also extra earning can develop the village.
