Visa Requirements for TOURIST

01. Valid passport six (6) months from the date of travel including old passport/s - should have at least two (2) available
pages from both sides intended for visa stamping
02. Visa application form – digitized and printed in A4 size paper

03. Two (2) recent colored passport size photos (with white background, applicant should be in decent attire, colored
top with collar and sleeves) that has not been previously submitted to the same embassy where you are currently
applying
04. Certificate of employment stating position, tenure of service and with gross annual income. Supported by
approved leave of absence (EMPLOYED) / Business Name Registration Certificate issued by the Department of
Trade & Industry or SEC Registration Certificate (SELF EMPLOYED)
05. Original bank certificate with three (3) months original bank statement or copy of passbook
06. Copy of latest Income Tax Return (ITR) BIR Form 2316 - Only for first time visa applicant to Korea and without an
OECD visas issued within 5 years from the date of application

Additional Requirements
07. Notarized Affidavit of Support & Consent (if sponsored/supported by other person) along with proof of financial
capacity / documents of the sponsor
08. Proof of relationship such as PSA issued authenticated birth certificate for children travelling with parents / PSA
issued authenticated marriage contract for married female
09. For Student, School certification or proof of registration/enrolment along with the school ID copy. If traveling during
the school year, certificate of leave of absence from the school
10. Original DSWD clearance certificate for minor below 18 not travelling with one of the parents
NOTE:
01. Effective 12 November 2018, the Embassy of South Korea offers express visa processing for a fee of ₱ 1,000. Expedite service
processing is within two (2) working days excluding the date of application. A signed application for express visa processing must
be submitted (form to be provided by Rajah Travel) and to be included in the supporting financial documents.
02. All BDO and BPI card holders are entitled of the below privilege but they are still required to submit their latest original credit card
statement:
a. You may be given a multiple entry visa valid from 3-5 years as shown on below table
b. Exempted on submitting bank certification and Income Tax Return

03. Frequent visitors who made more than four (4) visits to Korea in the past two (2) years, or more than ten (10) visits overall may
enter Korea without a Korean visa as long as they have no immigration offense or other criminal records (except for Chinese /
Cuban / Macedonian)
04. Applicants who are holders of a valid/used/expired visas, within 5 years of the following Organization for Economic Co-operation
and Development (OECD) member countries such as: Australia, Canada, Chile, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand,
Schengen, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States of America & with two (2) issued South Korea may expedite the processing
time of five (5) working days upon filing
05. Please submit original and complete documents to avoid delay in the processing.
06. Visa fee and requirements are subject to change without prior notice.
07. Once the visa application is filed, your passport will be in the possession of the Embassy, whether locally or internationally. Please
ensure that you have no planned travel immediately before, during and immediately after processing.
