Hi friend:

I writing to tell you about my new job. I am a doctor now at the clinic central of Bogotá.
I have many patients in the day. They have different ages and also different
diseases. Throughout the day I am attentive to the health of patients. I am a general
medicine doctor. I have to work from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Now I have my own
office, it is big, it has white walls, it has a stretcher and there is everything necessary
to check patients. Every day I see new patients. I like that the diagnoses are positive.
The clinic is divided by sections, i belong to section number four and in this section
are all the patients with minor illnesses. I really like my new job and I'm sure I'll get
used to it soon.
A health center is a building intended for the health care of the population. The type
of care activity and the qualification of the staff may vary according to the center and
the region

The usual thing is that the health center has the work of clinical doctors,
pediatricians, nurses and administrative staff. It is also possible for other types of
professionals to act, such as social workers and psychologists, which makes it
possible to expand the number of services.

All this without forgetting that in many health centers there is also the existence of
an emergency service to be able to attend emergencies that occur. In this way, the
one, made up of doctors and nurses, will not only offer assistance and attention in
the health center itself but also at home and even in any other type of place where it
is necessary for him to go.

The important advance of technology and, in particular, the great utility that is being
made of it at a sanitary level, in favor of the well-being of citizens, has led to the
existence in some corners of the world of what has been called virtual health centers.

We can say that, as their own name indicates, they are spaces on the Internet in
which anyone can receive information and help related to their health. In Spain,
specifically in the autonomous community of Extremadura, this service is offered that
becomes a platform where a neighbor can know which health centers are closest to
request an appointment to go to the doctor and obtain data related to the periods of
vaccinations.

The health center is usually a place for primary care. In case the patient requires
more complete, complex or specific attention, it is referred to another type of place,
such as a hospital or health clinic.
 The job of being a doctor is a question that is often asked to those of us who have
chosen medicine as a profession; However, a better question would be "why not
be?", because the decision to be a doctor is as personal as it is to choose any other
career, the key, at the end of the day, is to follow your vocation, pursue your Goals
and be faithful to your tastes and affinities.
For many people, vocation is something that can be discovered through a test they
perform when deciding their area of expertise; However, when you want to be a
doctor, you just follow that instinct, curiosity or desire to study medicine.
Regardless of the reason why doctors decided to study medicine, the important thing
comes once we have become health professionals, because at that time we adopted
the responsibility that leads to a new lifestyle, because being a doctor is a permanent
condition with which we must sleep, eat, bathe, wake up, in short ... as a doctor we
must always be available and be resolute at all times. in the central clinic of Bogotá.

My good friend told me that be a doctor isn't easier, because the work hours
are so long, the lack of sleep descompense the body too easy, also I'll be
exposed to many diseases that can be contagious and can be danger for my
body, adding that at night arrive many people to the health center, especially
on weekends, that makes that the laboral charge be harder.

The people that arrive drunkenness aro so rebels and don't help in the
attention, especially to the nurses, who are the people in charge of serving
them on the first stage of the medical office.
As you can see in the central clinic we are implementing high standards of
technology with the scanner system, and advances at the level of
nanotechnology, and robotics are giant steps in Latin America, as I have
known you for a long time and I have knowledge about your work in software
systems, hardware and robotics, in the field of medicine you must be informed
of the projects that advance in the central clinic, you can imagine my emotion,
that's why I am writing to tell you about my new work and also tell you that I
am the leader in one of the research projects of stem cells for the treatment of
cancer, I know you're going to like the news.
I hope to have news soon of my best friend and of course of your work that
every day is helping more people, I want to keep in touch with you and that we
can work later in some project together.
