The attached Course Content document refers. However, in brief, the course is essentially
about:

1) How to design and configure two or more systems to share data

2) How to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues when systems fail to communicate

At TDB we are in the process of creating a lot of integrations between systems in fulfilment
of the IT road map but also primarily to make our business processes more efficient . Typical
integrations we have are i) SAP and SuccessFactors, ii) CreditQuest(Loan Origination) and
Finscan (AML screening), iii) OPICS (Treasury Management) and SAP, iv) OPICS and
Bloomberg(Daily FX and Libor rates) etc.

The above new/existing integrations were developed by external consultants working for
TDB, and as the systems go live, the department needs to support and/or extend these to
meet tomorrow's ever changing business requirements. This course will help in equipping
me and the department to provide first line support and to also implement future integrations.
