The KUH-1 offers the high end mission capabilities effectiveness in all weather conditions in day
and night, utilizing the most advanced modern technologies such as Full Digital Glass Cockpit,
4-axis AFCS, Engines with FADEC, advanced MGB, and completely integrated EWS, etc. It allows
pilots to maximize mission effectiveness with less workload and high situational awareness.

Built-in Safety and Survivability

The design features include crashworthy airframe (up to 35 ft/sec.) & fuel tanks, dual redundant
architecture on critical systems, all self-sealing fuel tanks, ballistic tolerance capability, electronic
warfare system, and emergency floating system. It will further increase mission effectiveness in
hostile environment.

The KUH-1 is an 8.7 ton class multipurpose helicopter born from the contemporary military and
civil requirement. The KUH-1 is a high performance, modern state-of-the-art, and cost-effective
helicopter designed to cope with various missions with greater safety and effectiveness. Huge
amount of demands for the KUH-1 to fill the domestic and international markets will keep the
productions of the helicopter for many decades to come.
