such communication to Customer and thereafter the same shall be subject to
reconfirmation by Shakti Powertronix.

2) PAYMENT TERMS: The payment terms applicable are as follows:

a) Advance amount for the lease agreed with in 7 days from the date of Invoice Submission

 COST: The price given above is Inclusive of taxes, I&C,

Freight FOR Site G Floor. Any change in scope of work or addition to the bill of materials
and/or ratings or any variation, whatsoever, shall be charged extra to Customer at actual,
Unloading at Site Floor in Customer Scope.

3) DELIVERY & INSTALLATION: The delivery date will be 3 weeks from the date of
acceptance of Purchase Order & will be installed by Company Technical Team.

4) All installation material to be used as per guidelines from Vertiv Energy Pvt Limited &
adhere to standards of the Quality ISO 9001: 2008 certified Engineers & calibration.

5) Warranty Support

6) 12 months on UPS /24 months on Battery
