Franchise->need to cut cost->reason why employee lack of payment

Head office choose bad franchisee-> bad relationship-> caused by only for profit focus of
shareholder

Measurement of stakeholder-> value/ shareholder-> profit but thiscase, head office didn’t care
about value of stakeholder.

Find theory if that problem didn’t happened.=> solution

Find the company with same problem and what they did to deal with that
problem. Don’t need the same industry but same operational model( can’t
international company like google)
