Important dates and deadlines for Admission in Integrated First Degree
Programmes during Academic Year 2018-2019

18th June 2018

Candidates who have applied for admissions to first degree programmes at Pilani,
Goa and Hyderabad campuses of BITS (with a BITSAT-2018 score) may note the
following timeline for the admission process:

18th June 2018 (5.00 PM)  Deadline to receive completed application forms online with
requisite fee.
20th June 2018 (5:00 PM)  Announcement of admission and waitlist offers after
Iteration I.
28thJune 2018 (5.00 PM)  Deadline for payment of fee/advance fees.

30th June 2018 (5.00 PM)  Announcement of admission assignment after Iteration II.

8thJuly2018 (5.00 PM)  Deadline for payment of balance fees by candidates selected
for admission from the waiting list in second iteration.

10th July 2018 (5.00 PM)  Announcement of admission assignment after Iteration III.

16th July 2018 ( 5.00 PM)  Candidates who wish to withdraw admission to submit
Withdrawal request online using online credentials.

17th July 2018 (5.00 PM)  Deadline for payment of balance fees by candidates selected
for admission from the waiting list in third iteration.

19st July 2018 ( 5.00 PM)  Announcement of admission assignment after Iteration IV.

30th July 2018 (9.00 AM)  Reporting for admission at respective campuses for
candidates selected for admission.

31st July 2018(2.00 PM)  Announcement of admission assignment after Iteration V.

8th August 2018 (9.00 AM)  Reporting for admission at respective campuses for
candidates selected for admission in Fifth Iteration
