Find Me Things is your shop for curated BTS & NCT goods. We open preorders for official
merchandise and Group Order for fanart/ fansite goods. Private order by request is welcomed
too. Before you place your order, please read our shop rules & order guideline below!

Shop Rules:

● Pre-order for official merchandise (not including limited edition releases) is always open
as long as said merchandise is still available in South Korea to buy. (Example: NCT
goods from SUM, or BT21 goods from Line Store).

● All GOs have minimum quota to reach to ensure shipping fee is not too high. If by any
chance GO doesn’t meet quota, unless customer agrees to covering shipping fee in full,
said GO might be cancelled and customers will be refunded 100%.

● Some GOs pricing already include shipping and tax (if any), some don’t. It’s because
sometimes we cannot estimate how much the total weight will be (to estimate the
shipping cost) or how many orders the shipping cost will be divided upon. Please read
GO description carefully to know if your payment already includes EMS & TAX.

● We only accept request to open GO after checking and if we see enough interest. If we
cannot open requested GO by any chance but you still want said goods, we can accept
it as private order but please note that all fee (shipping & tax) will be billed to customer.

● We ship goods from South Korea monthly by EMS. All goods from South Korea will be
shipped to our Korean address, be accumulated, and shipped to Indonesia AT LEAST
once a month​. If the quantity of goods that need to be shipped is high before due date,
more shipping schedule will be added. This is done so the shipping fee can be as low as
possible.

● Goods from the rest of the world will be shipped directly to Indonesia.

● Once in a while we open GO for goods that will be hand carried to Indonesia. Please
watch out for our updates as slot is usually very limited.

Order Guideline:
Before submitting order & make any payment please check date of deadline. If you place any
order for GO post-deadline, we do not guarantee that your order is secured. Please contact us
immediately.

All orders submitted are FINAL and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Order forms need to be
submitted either with down payment or fully paid. 2nd payment (+ tax, if any) and local shipping
can be made once items arrived in Indonesia by either bank transfer or Shopee (by request).

Down payment can not be refunded for whatever reason EXCEPT:

1. If production of pre-ordered goods is cancelled and payment is returned by fanartist. In
that case refund to customer will be made once we received refund from fanartist (after
we deduct bank fee etc, if any).
2. If item pre-ordered is sold out. All payment that has been made will be refunded 100%.
3. All GOs have minimum quota to reach to ensure shipping fee is not too high. If by any
chance GO doesn’t meet quota, unless customer agrees to cover shipping fee in full,
said GO might be cancelled and customers will get 100% refund.

Once items arrived in Indonesia, customers will be notified and expected to complete 2nd
payment within 10 days. After 10 days the 1st payment will be forfeited and the goods will be up
for purchase as Find Me Things’ ready stock.

If you joined more than 1 GO/ PO and wish for them to be shipped together to your local
address, please inform us and we can keep them for you up to 30 days.
