Introduction :
Indian Institute of learning & Development (IILD) is India’s leading Business Coaching & Consulting Company. We
assist Small & Medium Enterprises to take their business to next level through Business Consulting, Training and
Audio Visual products. We are a team of 200+ Professionals and currently operating from 6 states in India.
In consulting space, we have our flagship business consulting Product’s named ‘S.P.E.E.D FOR BUSINESS’, ‘S.P.E.E.D
FOR RETAILERS’, ‘SAB-STRATEGIC ALLIANCE IN BUSINESS’ and various others. These projects are generally one year
long project’s in nature and covers sales, Operations, HR and other management aspects which makes businesses
more organized and scalable. In these projects, we map a consultant who visits client’s business in regular intervals
for the period of one year and implement the defined SOW of the project. Further, the consultant is responsible for
training client’s team and facilitate GMM-Growth Multiplication meeting.
Detailed training of each and every aspect of project is given to consultant very regularly by IILD.
Normally a consultant handles two to six to fifteen projects in the portfolio which depends upon type of projects and
is yearlong. These consultants implement the SOW with the help of SME-Subject matter expert and his/her reporting
manager PC. Principal Consultants reports to an Associate Director.
Job Purpose
Principal Consultants (PC) will be responsible for Recruitment, Team development of 5 Consultants based out of
branch location. He/She will be responsible to implement the SOW of different projects through his/her team at
client’s businesses.
Principal consultant is responsible for recruitment and training of consultants
Responsibilities: with the help of HR department & L&D team respectively.
Ensuring execution of agreement along with finalised SOW with the help of legal
team.
Supporting for finalising yearly sales strategy and budget of client with the help
of consultant and SME.
Responsible for timely execution of closure documents between ‘client & IILD
consultant’ after completion of each activity under SOW.
Principal consultant is responsible for visiting clients place at least once for
reviewing and documenting feedback of consultants monthly plans Vis a Vis
yearly strategy on or before 10th of every month.
Responsible for getting timely feedback from client and ensuring client
satisfaction and complaint resolution within TAT’s
Ensuring the formats and processes ,being followed at clients place during
implementation of SOW are as per the IILD standard.
Responsible for getting timely payments from the client as per agreed terms &
condition in the contract.
Maintain healthy relationship with clients and ensure retention post completion.
Requisite Skills: Sales leadership, Team Management, Analytical, Decision making, Influencing.
Education: MBA
Relevant Experience: 12 years of sales and client servicing.
