MOTION TO RESET

COMES NOW Defendant RAYMUNDA S. DOGAO, through the undersigned counsel and
unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully state:

1. That the hearing of the case was set on March 30, 2016 at 8:30 in the morning;

2. That however, the undersigned was just informed that the graduation ceremony of his son,
Garth Denzel Padaco, at Magsaysay Elementary School, was scheduled on said date;

3. That he is constrained therefore to ask for the cancellation of the hearing set on March
30, 2016 and be reset preferably on April 27, 2016 at 8:30 in the morning;

4. That this is not intended to delay the proceedings of the case but due solely on the ground
above-stated;

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed that the hearing set on
March 30, 2016 and be reset preferably on April 27, 2016 at 8:30 in the morning;

Other relief just and equitable under the premises is likewise prayed for.
