 DSE 7320 are new control modules for single gen-set applications.

DSE 7320 is an auto mains failure (AMF) control module (able to

monitor a mains).

The module has been designed to start and stop diesel and gas
generating sets that include electronic and non-electronic engines.

The module can be configured using the front panel buttons or by

using the PC software.

DSE 7320 has different communication capabilities.

 Viewing The Event Log :

DSE 7320 module includes a comprehensive event log that

shows the last 50 shutdown alarm conditions and the date
and time that they occurred.

The event log only includes shutdown and electrical trip alarms logged;
The event log does not save warning alarms

* DSE 7320 control module has got 3 user defined control logic features. It can
be configured by selecting “User Defined Control” from external relay output
(3A @ 35V).

* For version 3.0 and higher (Upgrade version can be done in 7xxx modules).

 Warning Alarms :
Warnings are non-critical alarm conditions and do not affect the
operation of the generator system, they serve to draw the operators
attention to an undesirable condition.

 Shutdown Alarms :
Shutdowns are latching alarms and stop the Generator. Clear the alarm and
remove the fault then press Stop/Reset to reset the module.

 Accessing The Main Front Panel Configuration Editor :
Ensure the engine is at rest and the module is in STOP mode by pressing the
Stop/Reset button

Press the Stop/Reset and Info buttons

simultaneously.
If a module security PIN has been set, the
PIN number request is then shown :

If the PIN has been successfully entered (or the module PIN has not been
enabled), the editor is displayed :

 Editing A Parameter :
Enter the editor as described above.

Press the (left) or (right) buttons to cycle to the section you wish to
view/change.

Press the (up) or (down) buttons to select the parameter you wish to
view/change within the currently selected section.

To edit the parameter, press to enter edit mode. The parameter begins to flash
to indicate that you are editing the value.

Press the (up) or (down) buttons to change the parameter to the

required value.

Press to save the value. The parameter ceases flashing to indicate that it has
been saved.

To exit the editor at any time, press and hold the button.
