Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Com + MBA(Fin), B.Sc (Maths/Stats)+MBA(Fin), BBA/BBM+MBA(Fin),

M.Com+MBA(Fin)

• Only students with majors in Finance are eligible to apply

• Qualifying percentage 60% and above in MBA(Finance)(Major)

Additional Qualifications Required:

Job Description:

The U.S. Tax Compliance Group is seeking qualified candidates to work at Deloitte's
Hyderabad facility.

The U.S. Tax Compliance Group works with U.S.-based business clients to provide
tax compliance services, including income, sales and several other tax return
preparation, and computations.

Specifically, this position will focus on providing individual tax and business tax
return preparation services, including U.S. federal, state and local income, sales and
use tax returns.

The ideal candidate for this position would embrace the opportunity to gain
extensive knowledge in the field of U.S. income, sales and use tax, be detail
oriented, and have excellent people skills. Good communication skills in the English
language both written and spoken are strongly encouraged.
The position includes local training to equip the qualified candidate with the
necessary functional and technical skills.

The dynamics concerning the work profile are as follows:

No contract is signed with the new hires

There would be no probation period

Work timings vary by U.S. Tax service line

Primary shift is 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Some teams work from 5:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

It is generally not possible to switch timings once assigned

Any limitations on availability must be communicated during the

application/interview process

“Busy seasons” require stretching as your workload requires

The Hiring Process would be as follows:

Initial Screening of candidates through online testing:

• English Reading and Use of English Test (Reading comprehension,

synonyms, use of verb forms, etc. all in all English language test)

• Accounting Analysis, Financial Statements, Accounting Terminology, MS-

Excel (2007 version)

• Logical Reasoning
