Scenario Nedelya Website

Compliance with this scenario is absolutely mandatory for the successful execution of the inspection.
Before the inspection, you have to read in depth all the materials we provide you with- a survey/questionnaire, a summary, a scenario.
BINDING ORDER:
You have to order a whole cake of your choice and its price should not exceed 250 lei. (Тhe shipping is free).
HOW TO MAKE ORDER:
o The order must be made through the following website: https://nedelya.ro/. You need to have a registration to do this. If you do not have one, please
create an account. Creating an account is completely free.
o When you order a cake, you must indicate that you want it to be delivered on specific day and time. You should choose day of delivery no later than 2
days after the day you make the order. For example if you make the order on 1st day of the month, you should say that you want the cake to be delivered no
later than the 3rth day of the month.
a. Website evaluation

1. Open the search engine of your choice and search the site. Decide by your own what words to use in the search engine, so that the site to appear in
the results., but do not write the name of the pastry shop. In the questionnaire write down the key words you used. Do not go directly to the pastry shop site - it is
mandatory to go through the search to evaluate how easily it is to find the pastry shop site. For example, you can enter words like: cake / s, cake order, pastry
shop, etc.
2. Once you have found the pastry shop site, in the results, through the search engine, you should evaluate how easy is to orient on the site, does all the
functionalities you need to use work properly, does the information is clear and comprehensiveand etc.. All the details you have to check, are listed in the
questionnaire - read it before you start evaluating the site.
3. If you have a problem using the site (for example, a bug report, some button does not work or anything else), make a screenshot on your screen. All
screenshots should be applied to the questionnaire, on question: "All functions / buttons are working correctly (for example," Error "is not displayed when
clicking on different buttons).
4. At the end, make a screenshot of the order you made. This screenshot you should attached to the question: "Is the amount of the cashback you paid that
corresponds to the amount listed on the site when making the order?".
b. Order evaluation
1. Make sure the cake has arrived at the exact date and time you specified.
2. After you receive the order, you must take a pictures of:
o the box and the bag in which the cake arrived;
o the cake, Whent it is whole, before you consume it;
o the fiscal receipt you received from the supplier;
o all materials received.
c. Supplier evaluation
1. Remember the name of the delivery man. If there is no visible name, you have to describe in detail the appearance of the supplier.
2. Pay attention:
- whether the delery man is smiling and polite;
- whether he sends you kindly;
- whether he returns you exact change. To be able to evaluate the standard, wait him to return you change and then, if you want, leave a tip.

FILLING IN THE QUESTIONNAIRE


o You must read the contents of each question and the sub comment from us under it. on the information under every question will tell you when it is
required to give additional information in the comment box and when not - and how to evaluate questions in different situations. Also, they indicate what
information you need to enter in the
comments box. If you provide required information, your questionnaire will be complete and we will not need to make any further
clarifications by email or phone. If you do not provide the required information then you must provide the missing information that will
be requested to us further.
o Write as many as possible, clear and detailed comments. The goal is even a person who was not present in the consultation to be able to understand what had
happened.
o Write literate and trusted. You must attach photos (clear and readable) to all materials (photo of the site, business card, brochures, repayment plans, if you
have been given, etc.) to the questionnaire.
o Do not forget to send the questionnaire in time.

GENERAL IMPORTANT
INSTRUCTIONS

1. You should do the inspection on your own and no one else can do it instead of you.
2. Keep all the materials from the inspection.
3. Do not forget to attach everything received on paper, also the pictures of the website and the order.
4. If you fail to comply with any of our requirements in the summary and scenario, the survey will not be accepted and paid to you.
5. With the acceptance of the task:
- you agree with the conditions for the inspection;
- you are committed to do the inspection according to our instructions;
- uou agree to keep the information related to the inspection in complete confidentiality;
- you realize the opportunity and agree that if you fail to comply with the requirements set by us in the performance of the assignment, the inspection will not
be paid and accepted.

PAYMENT
The payment will be carried out on approximately the 20th day of the month following the month in which visit was accepted by the Company providing that
you included all the necessary payment information in your account.
o All survey’s results are monitored. The objectiveness of your comments is checked by our validators. We will contact you if we need some clarifications or additional
comments.
o Before transferring your payment, we are waiting for the Client comments concerning the accuracy of your responses.
o Company withholds the right to deduct 100% of your remuneration for the given Mission per a contractual penalty in case of occurrence of any defects of the visit:
 the Report has not been drawn up personally by you, the Report has not been drawn up by you in accordance with General Terms and Conditions (you can
find it in “My settings – More”), and in particular in accordance with the instructions, guidelines, procedure indicated by the Company;
 within the time period for performing the Report you have failed to conduct a test or the test has been conducted in an inappropriate manner, in particular by
way of a failure to apply or applying an improper method;
 there is no recording of the Mission provided when required;
 you performed the wrong scenario of the Mission;
 you performed the Mission on the wrong date and/or in the wrong timeframe deviating from the communicated date and/or time provided in the project
training material and/or by Company’s Mission Coordinator;
 you are proven to have falsified any of the documents, including but not limited to Report and/or proof of Mission;
 you are exposed as a Mystery Shopper at any point of the Mission by a member of the staff at the Facility in question, both intentionally and unintentionally;
 you allow another person(s) to perform his/her Mission;
 in case you didn't provide the Company with the obligatory proof of the visit.

o If agency point is closed when you visit it during the normal operation hours, don’t forget to take a picture and send it to us to illustrate the problem you have
encountered. Such visits will be paid 50%.
