Make Grammar Easy

What is grammar? Grammar is a rule used in English in writing and speaking. Grammar is a
keyword in English. But some people still cannot understand grammar well. Remembering the
lesson first when I started learning to know grammar in English. Tenses, consisting of 16 but
which need to be mastered or the basis of tenses are just a few. Even though the basis of the
tenses that I also have not managed to master it. Such as present tense, past tense and future
tense. After that a lesson about part of speech. Divided into 9 parts, the first is a noun. A noun is
a describes name of person, place, abstract object. A verb describes the activities performed. An
adjective is a describes the nature of a person. An adverb is a describes time, place, manner,
cause, etc. Pronoun a word that can function by itself by a noun phrase. An article used to limit
the noun, an example is a, an, the. The proposition is placed in front of the noun or pronoun.
Conjunction as a connector of a sentence. That is some knowledge I have learned.

The grammar lesson I learned in the classroom is a lesson on capita selecta on grammar. I
understand the lesson at the beginning of the semester but I am having problems in the last
lesson. Here I explain about my learning about grammar in the classroom. The first thing I
learned was to learn about the part of speech. Such as noun, verb, adverb, adjective, article,
conjunction, preposition, interjection, pronoun. I learned to create a mini dictionary whose
contents contained types that included part of speech. Next, I learned a noun, noun divided into 4
types. Such as a proper noun, common noun, a collective noun, and an abstract noun. After that,
I learned about grammar points to discuss. I learned about present perfect and present perfect
progressive. I also studied a passive sentence and active sentence. Describing a process and
auxiliary verbs. Followed by learning a degree of comparisons which is divided into 3 groups
that are, positive, comparative and superlative. And after that, I learned about simple past, past
continuous, simple present tense, present continuous tense, present perfect, present perfect
continuous, and conditional sentence. I also studied a phrase, clause, and sentence. Various
phrases are the noun phrase, verb phrase, gerund phrase, adjective phrase, adverb phrase,
absolute phrase, gerund phrase, participle phrase, infinitive phrase, and preposition phrase.
Which is divided into clauses such as, independent clause and a dependent clause. After that
learn about a simple sentence, compound sentence, and complex sentence. The lecturer explains
all the lessons clearly but there are still many that I cannot absorb and understand well.

Surely every person has problems and difficulties. As though in English so many who have
difficulty learning grammar. I have problems and difficulties in learning grammar is when doing
the task. As I know that every time we work on the first step we need to know the form of the
problem or the tenses. I still do not understand in identifying sentences or tenses correctly. The
sentence is present, past or future. Another problem is differentiating the various clauses. I
already understand but do not understand while doing the task. Furthermore, the problem of
understanding and examples of problems from adverb clause and also noun clause is difficult to
understand because the time was not explained by the lecturer. Several times I reopened the note
still less able to understand it.

Of course every difficulty there must be a solution. Here I will explain the steps I did in facing
difficulties. How do I solve my problems?

a) Inquire, ask lots of questions whenever you have a problem. As the proverb is embarrassed to
ask will go astray street.

b) Gadgets, in addition to means of communication gadgets, can also be used as a means of

learning. A large number of social media and various gadget applications can help us in learning.
For on a youtube, many different sources of learning/knowledge that we can access there.

c) Private tutoring, I follow a special private tutoring about grammar. Why do I choose private
lessons? Compared with general lessons, private lessons will be more effective in understanding
the lessons because the tutor focuses on only one student.

d) Learning independently the meaning is to reopen the notebook. Even though the lesson has
been finished do not forget the lesson. Open it again and study it again. Because then the lesson
will not be lost uselessly from our memories. The more we reopen and learn it will be easily
stored in the brain.

e) Studying books the Fundamentals of English Grammar. The book is our guide to learning. Not
as an ornament or after purchase left unread. The book describes all the lessons I learned this
semester. All of it is about grammar. Described in detail about understanding, formulas, and
questions. The most important and the thing I like best about the book is the question with the
key answer. The easier it is for me to do every single thing. I can reconcile whether my answers
are right or wrong. Can train us to study independently.

f) The last step in facing difficulties is following a general lesson. As I have explained that actual
tutoring is more effective than general tutoring. But what is wrong to try? To refine my
knowledge of grammar I will follow tutoring in English village in Pare, Kediri. I have to spend
my vacation time to keep learning. Instead of wasting useless time I better use my time by
studying and learning. There is already known as a village to learn about English. The quality is
guaranteed and proven everyone who follows the tutoring there will be able to speak English
well. Many lesson programs other than grammar such as vocabulary, speaking, pronunciation,
conversation, reading, and writing.
