We thank you for accepting our invitation to participate in Boscotsav’19 – a much awaited interschool fest, which provides a platform for all the talented and aspiring youth. Don Bosco School, Liluah cordially invites you to this annual saga of interschool competition and assures you a happy and memorable stay here. To make it a grand celebration we need your co-operation. You are requested to keep in mind the following instructions for the festival to be smoothly conducted. 1. The events of Boscotsav’19 will be conducted by the various clubs of Don Bosco School, Liluah.

2. The school representatives will register their school’s name at the

registration desk at 8 a.m. on 27 th July, 2019. Each school will be allotted two escorts. An escort will guide the participants to the room allotted for them. The second escort of that school will guide the representatives to register changes in the participants’ list (if any) at the registration desk itself.

3. The school representative, along with their escort will approach the

registration desk to confirm their presence for the event and notify changes in the participation list, if any.

4. The participants’ list of each school must be mailed at boscotsav19@donboscoliluah.org by 10th July, 2019.Kindly type the list in

Microsoft Word, in the following format: Name of the event, Names of the participants along with their classes. After the names of all the participants of the requisite events are typed, kindly mention the total number of participants from the school (taking care to count the name of a participant only once, even if he/she participates in more than one event), the teacher and the student representatives.

5. A list of the venues and timings will be uploaded in the website. Schools are

requested to choose participants keeping this in mind.

6. All music CDs must be submitted during the 2 nd Representative’s meeting.

The name of the school, the name of the event and other details should be written on the CDs. Only Mp3 and .WAV formats will be allowed. The CD should contain song/songs meant for one event only. Please retain a backup of everything that you give us.

7. In a separate CD kindly record your preparatory sessions for Boscotsav’19. This will also be shown during the events. The duration should not exceed 3 minutes. The video must contain:

Small clippings of different practice sessions.

A message for the other participating schools.

This CD will have to be submitted on the 2 nd Representative’s meeting along with the other CDs.

8. Cellphones are not allowed in the DBL campus. Teachers accompanying the students may carry cellphones with them. 9. Electronic gadgets required for various events must be brought to the school by the participants and should be used only during the event. Don Bosco School, Liluah will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the same. Schools found misusing electronic gadgets will be penalized through deduction of marks from their total points.

10. Participants will be penalized if they exceed the time limit mentioned.

11. In case of any change in the names of any participant after the lists have

been submitted to us can be made at the time of registration at the registration desk, under the following headings: Name of the event, Change in

participation list, duly signed by the school Principal.

12. Props and musical instruments to be used for the events are to be brought

by the participants. The Boscotsav’19 Committee reserves all rights to cancel any event, modify any rule or arbiter in case of any dispute. 13. For further queries related to the events, please contact the following
