From order receipt delivery is referred to working days (Mon-Fri), August and christmas holidays excluded. The delivery shall in no
way be considered essential by the purchaser and may be extended by the Seller due to whatsoever cause independent of their
control. In no case may the purchaser require, in case of delay, compensation or reimbursement on any nature, nor termination of
the contract.

Packaging: The eventual cost of packaging will be added to the invoice according to the shipping
conditions

Warranty:
Ex works Previero N. srl plants for a duration of 6 months. Electrical parts and wearing pieces are excluded. The warranty replaces
all spare parts recognized as defective, only if the installation has been correctly performed. This warranty is the sole guarantee
provided by the Seller.
All other responsibilities foreseen by legislation are excluded as is the right of the purchaser to ask for reimbursement for
whatsoever damages, either for loss of income or for resultant damages, as indeed that of requesting termination of the contract for
any eventual breach.
