Minutes of meeting held between M/s FLS and M/s L&T Kansbahal at

M/s Arghakanchi Cement ,Rupun (Nepal ) on Dt. 26/03/2018

M/s L&T representative Mr. Debiprasad Pradhan reached site on 16/03/2018 in


connection with no load and load commissioning of lime stone circuit. Impactor (APPM-
1615), Apron feeder (Model T-50).

Job carried out

Impactor (APPM 1615)

1. Tightness of all the fasteners were checked and found ok.


2. Alignment of drive and driven pulley of Impactor was checked and found ok.
3. V- belt tension of Impactor was checked and found ok.
4. Alignment of motor shaft to Jack shaft readings are found within limit and same was
checked by FLS representative and readings are attached in protocol no 1.
5. Blow bar pairing of rotor was checked and found ok.

6. The gap settings of impactor was carried out & the following were maintained
a) Gap between blowbar tip to lower grinding path tip - 75 mm
b) Gap between blowbar tip to upper grinding path tip - 170 mm
c) Gap between blowbar tip rear impact arm tip - 150 mm
d) Gap between blowbar tip front impact arm tip - 200 mm

7. Clearance between Apron feeder pan top to bottom face of the skirt board was
checked and found 25 mm both the side.
8. Backlash and tip clearance of the bull gear was checked and found to be 0.67 mm
and 5.2 mm.
9. Alignment of pinion shaft to gear box output shaft of Apron feeder readings are
found within limit and same was checked by FLS representative and readings are
attached in protocol no 1.
10. Pilot gap of apron feeder was checked and found ok .
11. Spring tension of scraper conveyor was checked and found ok.
12. No load trail of all the equipments were checked and found all parameters are
within limit ( i.e. Vibration, temperature & Current ) and readings are attached in
Annexure 1. Vibration reading was not accurate because vibration instrument was
error up to 3 to 4 mm/sec unit.
13. L&T requested to M/s Arghakanchi Cement to take OEM operational spare for
smooth operation of plant and spare part list attached in annexure 2.

L&T Suggestions

1. L&T requested to M/s FLS before load commissioning all the sensors and
interlocking should be on line.
2. Rubber skirt of Apron feeder should be installed before load commissioning.
3. M/s FLS to call L&T engineer for load test of crusher.
