Legal-for-trade applications

= Testing and marking of the installed belt weigher by the


Standard Metrological Department in charge or an
authorized organization (in Germany so far only possible
for static scales), e.g. SCHENCK PROCESS GmbH

Prerequisite:
The Authority in charge, in Germany the
"Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt", has authorized
the admission of the types in question.

Adjustment = Calibration

Basic adjustment and normalization of a scale so that the actual quantity


of material is recorded.

Calculated adjustment
= After entering certain constructive data (e.g. load cells,
speed monitor...) the SCHENCK weighing electronic
calculates all necessary normalization values of the display
and signals
